Nicole Andrade

Dr. Nicole K. Andrade, DC, CACCP has been studying and practicing natural healing techniques for 20 years. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Pre-Medical Sciences with a minor in Spanish language from Hartwick College in Oneonta, NY, graduating Magna Cum Laude as an Abraham L. Kellogg Scholar in 1996. She received her Doctorate of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2000. She interned and practiced in New York City for two years before returning to her hometown of Gloucester, MA to be closer to her family and the sea. She completed an advanced certification from the Academy of Family Practice and the Council on Chiropractic Pediatrics in 2012 including the Webster Technique for pregnancy. She also participates in a practice based research network to prove the efficacy and safety of chiropractic care in pregnancy and pediatrics through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.

Dr. Andrade enjoyed a successful private practice for 15 years before choosing to join the team at Lydian Chiropractic. As her son transitioned to school, she felt the call to move to a group setting where she could spend more time healing and less time managing. After only three days witnessing the miracles of Axial Stability Method® chiropractic treatment and interacting with the passionate and caring staff, she knew she had found a new home at Lydian Chiropractic. ASM® combined many of the techniques she had used historically but in a new and brilliant way. It was easy to see that it offers a more gentle, more effective and longer- lasting healing with enormous performance enhancement potential in a much shorter time frame.

Dr. Andrade spent several years competing in triathlon and international dory racing. She now enjoys family hikes, yoga, transcendental meditation and sailing adventures with her partner and their six year old son. She is currently enrolled in a year-long herbal intensive with Margi Flint, RH and is also working towards completion of Louis Klein’s Luminos Foundations Homeopathy Course. She has studied reiki, shamanism and ethnobotanical and spiritual healing traditions for 11 years with indigenous and traveling healers of New England, New Mexico and of the Amazon regions of Peru, Brazil and Ecuador, and integrates these and other modalities into her integrative healing practice.
